Commissioning day!

It is official, ladies! Lieutenant commissioned with the United States Air Force today and is now a 2nd Lieutenant! I could not be more proud of him! Here is a shot of him and his father, Sarge, who by the way gave him his first salute! More pictures soon!

I'm suuuuch a bad blogger

Oh god you guys I have neglected you. I am so so sorry. A lot has been going on over in these parts and I've never been busier in my life. School is giving me a beating, and whoever decided to come up with the marriage and family course I am taking should be shot a few times.

Lieutenant and I are doing so much better. It is going to take a lot of time and hard work but we are definitely in this for the long haul. By the way, he commissions this Friday! Yep, he's going to be a 2nd Lieutenant!!! We're going to be apart for probably six months though, which is sad. That's half a damn deployment, but at least he will still be in the states.

Oh and did I mention he got me a car? Yeah, well he did. One of his friends left for his 2Lt training and gave him his car. Lieutenant bought it for $21. I know, right? So now I have to stop procrastinating becoming a true adult and just get it over with.

OH! And Kat is pregnant!! 7 weeks to be exact! She was deployed and they are sending her home today. I am so excited for her and we're both kind of praying she has a girl. For one, girls are just adorable. For two, she is going to be my god-daughter and I can't wait to spoil her. So to the fertility gods, let her have a girl!!

But anyway, I will be getting married soon, hopefully before he leaves and I am hoping I will be able to get a puppy or something to ease the loneliness!

Once again, sorry for the bad blogging, life happens and we roll with it. I will be back more often, I promise!
