Referring to my last post, I just need to vent.
There are some women in this world that just like to be a straight up (pardon my french) bitch. There are also people that like to see the world burn and they do that by taking others deep down into their own insecurities and shoot them down by a firing squad. I am not one of those people.
Honestly, what is the point of it? What is the point of degrading someone (in a public forum no less) to the point where they feel the need to reach out to someone they have never met for help and get JAG involved? THERE ISN'T ONE.
Let me tell you something...we all have the right to complain about things, hell I don't like it when I see kids in malls wearing dirty clothes and I don't like ACU purses because I didn't earn the right to do anything to that uniform, HOWEVER I do NOT single out individuals, post their photos online and bash them with hundreds of other people.
What I've come to learn through all of this is that these women are just bitter, bored, and uneducated. And to the men posting on this page..to the military personnel who believed it was proper to voice negative, hurtful opinions...honestly, what would your commanding officer think of this, hell what would your MOTHER think of this?
And yet through all of this I am reminded of Dean. Dean was a great kid who was in a band, not into drugs or alcohol or having sex. Dean was straightedge...and he was also gay. I only knew him from the internet but we talked a lot and he inspired me. But Dean is no longer alive. He was cyber-bullied to the point where he killed himself. And he wasn't a teenager, he was eighteen years old. The world lost someone wonderful who could have changed a lot of people's lives all because people had to be mean.
September is National Suicide Awareness month, just so you know.
And so, I leave you with this song that speaks miles:
Please help me fight against cyber-bullying!
